I regretfully used this location for an oil change. I brought my own oil and filter because I usually always change my own oil but decided to have them do it based on reviews because I thought it would be quicker and I wouldn't have to deal with disposing the old oil. Huge mistake. I went straight home a few miles from this place right after the oil change. The next morning, I needed to be in Norman early before they opened and when I left, I noticed a huge oil leak in my garage floor. I called and the manager was extremely dismissive and rude and advised I would need to take it back. I'm way down in Norman nor do I feel it is safe to drive it all the way back to Warr Acres for them to check. I also didn't want them touching my car again. He was rude, saying it was probably just a little residual oil which is normal. He did offer to stay a little later after closing but I didn't want to drive 35 miles in rush hour with oil leaking like it was in 100+ degree heat. I went to a local auto parts store in Norman and it turned out that the person at this place didn't bother to tighten the oil pan screw at all - it wasn't even finger tight but only partially screwed in. Oil was dribbling out - not dripping, but but a steady stream. I wound up having to finish draining what little was left and buy and add new oil and attempt to wipe all the oil from all the underside of car. I also had to clean up a huge pool of oil in my garage and driveway. I will never use this place again. They cost me a lot more money, time, frustration and potential damage to my vehicle. The manager is beyond rude and dismissive. This is the very reason, I change my own oil and I will never use them again. Service: Oil change

Went in for an oil change. The gentleman running the business is a very kind Man. In fact the 3 Men that were there were all very nice, answered my questions and even shared some knowledge where other mechanics wouldn't even humor my concerns. I pulled into the bay, didn't even have to get out of my car and the whole process took less than 15 minutes. I commented about how many beautiful birds I saw in the parking lot despite that corner being mostly concrete. The owner purchases bags of bird seed to make sure they don't go hungry. I'm telling you I could've cried. He remarked on how much he's noticed the cost has gone up, but he still makes sure he buys the big bags. Bless this man and I will NEVER go ANYWHERE ELSE. I can't speak to other mechanical repairs, but I will certainly come here first over any other location. Service: Oil change

I went to another place for my previous oil change. They told me I had to always use a certain type of oil. These guys were awesome and told me that is a myth! I was in and out of there in 10 minutes or less and it didn’t cost me a lot of money! I will be going back to them for all my oil changes! Service: Oil change

I've been going here to get my oil change, brakes and anything I need done to my car right here for years. The guy who manages it is so very nice and the workers are great. Their prices aren't bad at all they don't charge you an arm and a leg for what they do so very reasonable and sometimes offer discounts. They can get very busy at times so if you need something somewhat major done to your car is better to call up there first. I just love this place.

I happened in here accidentally about two years ago and I’ve never gone anywhere else since bc they left such a good impression on me. Every time I get an oil change they are very kind and nice, they go above and beyond, they pay attention to detail, they’ve never tried to up-sale me, and their prices are unbeatable.
